Cupido Equivocado is one of the first works by Miguel Ángel Rojas acquired by the Banco de la República’s art collection.

In “Cupido Equivocado” a profusion of fractioned images that contain personal iconography, autobiographical details, vestiges of pre-columbian objects, and a series of random graphic signs from the execution process. In this way, Rojas arrives to the pictorial language in a very personal way.
