Casas Riegner arrives in Madrid
Casas Riegner was founded in Miami in 2001 and opened its headquarters in Bogotá in 2005. Since then, it has developed a program dedicated to promoting Colombian contemporary art at both the local and international platforms.
For more than two decades, the gallery’s work has been carried out primarily from Bogotá, building relationships with institutions, collectors, and colleagues across different international contexts.
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, Casas Riegner is opening an office in Madrid with the aim of strengthening and expanding those connections.
The Casas Riegner office at San Lorenzo 11 functions as a workspace and meeting point. From here, projects linked to the trajectories of the gallery’s represented artists will be developed, institutional relationships will be consolidated, and new conversations with the European and international context will be fostered.
Rather than a traditional exhibition space, this office operates as a platform for research, project coordination, and dialogue with other scenes.
