From her iconic "dissections" of Western masterpieces to her powerful witness of national tragedy, this film explores how Beatriz González (La Maestra) became one of the most influential figures in Latin American art. We journey through her 60-year career, exploring her vibrant colour palettes, her furniture "interventions", and her commitment to collective memory.
