The ‘Cañon del Chicamocha’ as a curtain for the new Teatro Santander, in Bucaramanga
We are pleased to share with you that Beatriz González painted the Front Curtain of the remodeled Teatro Santander at Bucaramanga, Colombia. The theater will be reopened on Friday, April 26th after almost 20 years being closed. The architect Antonio José Díaz, who has directed the restoration of the theater, mentions “The Front Curtain, (was) painted by the famous artist Beatriz González, who captured the Chicamocha canyon there.”
