One Day · One Artist · One Museum

Ser no manifesto is a series of 12 ink drawings on paper and collage by the artist Liliana Sánchez. This work is part of the Banco de la República’s art collection. Her work builds sensorial narratives to reveal hidden worlds and new materialities. Every time the challenge is for her to engage with the unknown by flipping and turning situations around, pushing things outside the familiar until opening a door to the uncanny, a force that drives a novel desire and curiosity, allowing encounters beyond interpretation for entities so they can speak from their own constellations.
