The Air We Breath, SFMOMA: Johann Calle

From November 5, 2011 through February 20, 2012 the San Francisco Museum of Art (SFMOMA) presents The Air We Breathe, an exhibition curated by Apsara DiQuinzio that brings together commissioned works by 30 contemporary visual artists and 8 poets who through their projects explore issues surrounding the legalization of same sex marriage. Participating artists include: Johanna Calle, Nicolás Paris, Carlos Motta, Liam Gillick, Andrea Bowers, Reymond Pettibon, Colter Jacobsen, Simon Fujiwara, Catherine Opie, Ann Hamilton, Sam Durant and Martha Colburn among others.

Desde el 5 de noviembre de 2011, hasta el 20 de febrero de 2012, el San Francisco Museum of Art (SFMOMA) estará presentando The Air We Breath (El aire que respiramos), una muestra curada por Apsara DiQuinzio la cual reune obras comisionadas de 30 artistas contemporáneos y 8 poetas que exploran el tema del matrimonio entre personas del mismo sexo desde distintas perspectivas. En la muestra participan artistas como: Johanna Calle, Nicolás Paris, Carlos Motta, Liam Gillick, Andrea Bowers, Reymond Pettibon, Colter Jacobsen, Simon Fujiwara, Catherine Opie, Ann Hamilton, Sam Durant y Martha Colburn entre otros.
